Policies

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS
We ship all domestic orders using Australia Post / eParcel.
 
$10 FLAT RATE shipping for all orders.
 
RETURNS

PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
We will happily replace items if they are defective or damaged on delivery.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

HOW TO RETURN ITEM/S:

Please email OzzieCool at sales@ozziecool.com within 30 business days of purchase.

NOTE:

Orders placed during clearance sales are final and will not be accepted return or refund unless faulty.

The customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the item; should the package not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the transaction, so we strongly recommend using a trackable post option when returning your items to us.

REFUNDS 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. 

NOTE: Wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault.

 EXCHANGES

For exchange of merchandise that is defective or an incorrectly sent item (i.e. size/colour), please email OzzieCool at sales@ozziecool.com
